Halcyon Days was established in 1950 as a small emporium of antique goods. Its iconic enamel boxes were born from the founder’s nostalgia for the lost art of enameling on copper that had flourished in the 18th and 19th centuries.
Today, they are considered as the guardians of the lost art of enamelling. Their artisans continue to work to the same techniques and traditions used by generations of craftsmen before them.
Whilst continuing to create its signature enamel pieces, Halcyon Days is also known for its English fine bone china, all of which is created in historic Stoke-on-Trent. The company commissions a collection of luxury fashion accessories too. This combination of beautifully designed goods positions the company as one of the UK’s best-loved purveyors of luxury gifts.
Invest in a piece from Halcyon Days and you are in good company. Halcyon Days is one of only fourteen companies in the world to hold all three Royal Warrants, as suppliers of Objets d’Art. This important relationship sets the high standard of British craftsmanship and design which the company remains so dedicated to maintaining.
